Michael J. Martorelli

Throughout law school and his legal career, Michael has maintained a strong focus on personal injury litigation. His practice primarily involves representing injured workers in construction accident cases arising under New York’s Labor Law, as well as individuals injured in motor vehicle accidents, premises liability matters, and pedestrian knockdown cases.

Prior to entering the legal profession, Michael was a member of Iron Workers Local 40, where he gained firsthand experience in the construction industry and an understanding of the demanding and often hazardous conditions faced by construction workers. This experience provides Michael with a unique perspective when representing injured workers and a practical understanding of construction sites, workplace safety, and the challenges workers and their families face following a serious accident.

He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Labor and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University before attending Touro University Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he received his Juris Doctor.
