Emily Driscoll

Emily Driscoll is a passionate advocate for individuals navigating legal systems stacked against them. Licensed in New York and Nevada, she is deeply committed to civil rights and community-based lawyering. A founding member of the Las Vegas Chapter of the National Lawyers Guild and current NYC Guild member, Emily has served as a legal observer at over 50 demonstrations. She believes the law should protect people—not profit—and stands up to powerful entities, whether corporate or governmental.
At Greenstein and Pittari, Emily primarily handles civil rights, wrongful arrest, and personal injury cases. Emily’s earlier practice focused on housing justice and tenants’ rights, representing low-income New Yorkers in eviction proceedings through at Bronx Legal Services. Her work sits at the intersection of civil rights and economic justice.
Emily is a graduate of the UNLV William S. Boyd School of Law, where she received the Perry Friedman Civil Liberties Scholarship and a merit scholarship for academic excellence. She’s been recognized by the State Bar of Nevada for her pro bono service.
Emily has only ever represented individuals—never corporations—and focuses her practice on advancing human dignity, civil liberties, and economic fairness. Whether challenging an insurance company or civil rights violations, she brings fierce integrity and compassion to every case.
