ROBERT GREENSTEIN: Don't be a victim twice is our motto. But it's more than a motto. It's our commitment to customer service. When clients call 1-800-VICTIM-2, they're going to get the customer service that they deserve.
SETH MILBAUER: Here at Greenstein & Milbauer, we pride ourselves on being responsive to clients. The free lunch program very straightforward is, if an attorney or staff member doesn't return the call of a client within one business day or by the end of that business day, the client is entitled to a free lunch.
ROBERT GREENSTEIN: This is a business. And like any other business, it revolves around the clients and the customers. And if we don't take special care of our customers, then there's another firm out there that will.
SETH MILBAUER: First, they will see if a staff member who is knowledgeable of your case is available. A paralegal will answer the phone, give you the information. Our system, our computer system updates your case daily.
ROBERT GREENSTEIN: Another way that clients can communicate with us is through emails. Clients have many options available to get in touch with us. We pride ourselves on having state-of-the-art equipment. So when a client calls us, not only can they leave a message, but that message is automatically forwarded to our Blackberries, where we can return the client's calls. Or the emails are forwarded to our Blackberries. We can automatically respond to them. We want the clients to know they can always be in touch with their attorneys. When clients call 1-800-VICTIM-2, we like to tell them that we'll handle all aspects of the legal case, all the paperwork, all the calls from the insurance company. Everything regarding the case, leave it to us. We know that the clients have enough to worry about with their injuries and with their recovery. At 1-800-VICTIM-2, our calls are answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If a client calls at 2:00 in the morning or 2:00 in the afternoon, they're going to speak to a live person and get their questions answered immediately.
